The owner of a school supply store sells pencils in 2 different kinds of bag. The prices for the two bags are

Pencils in a Bag Cost for 1 Bag
2 pencils per bag $1.00
3 pencils per bag $2.00

Sue needs to buy 15 pencils. She also needs at least 2 bags with 2 pencils in a bag and at least 2 bags of 3 pencils in a bag.
