Spinner Math
1. Assume that there is a spinner with the numbers 1 to 4 on it. Every time you spin one of the numbers is pointed at. Assume that each number has an equal chance of coming out. If you spin the spinner 4 times how many 2's do you think you should get?
2. If you spin the spinner 8 times about how many times would you get a 2? Explain how you got the answer.
3. If you spin the spinner 100 times about how many 2's would you get? Explain how you got your answer. Approximately what percentage of the time would you get a 2?

Suppose you spun 200 times. About how many 1's or 2's do you think you would get? About what percentage of the time would you get a 1 or a 2?
5. Suppose that every time you got a 2 you win 25 cents. About how much do you think you would win if you got to spin 100 times? Explain how you got your answer.
