The phone company has two payment options as shown below.
Plan #1: $1 per month plus 9 cents for each call
Plan #2: $15 per month, 30 free calls and 17 cents per call after 30 calls
Suppose you must keep your monthly bill under $20. How many calls can you make if you choose Plan #1?
