Arthur wanted to buy chocolate scented pencils. The pencils are sold in packs of 3 and 6. This chart shows how pencils are sold and the cost of each pack.

Arthur bought 45 pencils. He counted the packs of pencils and found he had the same number of 3-packs and 6-packs.
